All of our cabinets are made from 100% recycled materials and our timber-based materials are sourced from guaranteed FSC® sustainable forests.

In fact, Symphony Group became the first in the industry to be accredited with a full Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) chain of custody. This trademark shows that the wood we use comes from a well-managed source with strict environmental, social and economic standards.

Complaints Resolution

If there is a problem with your Symphony kitchen, bedroom or bathroom you should raise it with your housebuilder, developer, social housing provider, retailer, stockist or merchant. Symphony Group provided your kitchen, bedroom or bathroom to these customers, and as their customer, they should be your first point of contact. Find out more on how to report a problem here.
