Warranties & Useful Info


A warranty is a guarantee that promises to repair or replace something defective, such as a kitchen, bedroom or bathroom door, cupboard or worktop, within a certain period of time, without cost to the buyer.

Warranties also often set out the rights and obligations of the seller and buyer where there is a claim, or a dispute over responsibility.

Your Symphony kitchen, bedroom or bathroom will have a warranty that was provided to our customer (your housebuilder, social housing provider or retailer) and so you should contact them for any warranty queries and to check the length and terms of that warranty as they will vary.

Please note that warranties cover manufacturing faults/defects, which are rare due to all Symphony Group furniture being FIRA Gold Award Certified (highest quality standards in the industry). They do not cover damage caused post fit or by water damage, or wear and tear.
