How We Work
At Symphony Group our customers are housebuilders, retailers and merchants/stockists. We provide them with high quality new fitted kitchen, bedroom and bathroom furniture so that you can enjoy your living spaces.
Housebuilders choose the furniture ranges and specifications they want for their sites. Retailers send us their customer orders after they’ve chosen their range in store.
We provide our customers with the following service levels:
Supply only
We deliver all products to our customers developments/building sites for our customers to distribute, store and fit. A dedicated Symphony business account manager looks after each customer. Any post-occupancy requests or issues are reported by the housebuilder to the Symphony Customer Care team.
Supply and fit
We deliver all products to our customers developments/building sites for them to distribute and store and Symphony Group fits the kitchens, usually within 3 working days, unless agreed otherwise. A dedicated Symphony business account manager, installation and customer care support looks after any installation and will work with the housebuilder on any post-occupancy enquiries/issues.
Deluxe supply and fit
Includes all the customer benefits of the standard supply and fit, with a team ensuring the furniture is placed into each plot and Symphony Group takes responsibility for the products (excludes theft) until the plot is signed off.
Premium projects
A Symphony Group business account manager works with our Retail Showroom Fitting teams, who are experienced in project managing and installing high-end specification products. Designs are created by our premium projects designers who are skilled in creating stunning kitchen, bedroom and bathroom designs. The entire process is coordinated by a premium project installation manager who works alongside the business account manager, from initial design stage through to plot sign off.
Skyline
A dedicated Skyline team works on prestigious and unique projects, such as high-rise city-centre developments. Each project is assessed individually and managed by a skilled project management team. This service is perfect for fast-moving and complex projects.
