Report A Problem

Symphony Group kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms have the ultimate mark of product excellence within the furniture industry. We are sure that your new kitchen, bedroom or bathroom will provide a happy focal point within your home for many years to come. But we know that sometimes there are problems. We also understand that it can be frustrating if you don’t know who to contact about any problems or how to get them resolved.

We supply all of our kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms direct to housebuilders and retailers. Some of the kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms we fit ourselves, some the housebuilders fit. It varies based on the housebuilder, site location and other factors. If you’ve bought from a retailer they will arrange fitting for you.

One of the ways we work well together is by having in place processes with housebuilders and retailers to ensure that everything runs smoothly and, if there is a problem, we have a process for reporting and resolving issues.

Here’s a guide for you, the homeowner, to help you report a problem to the right team:

I’ve moved into a new build house and there’s a problem with my kitchen, bedroom or bathroom. Who should I contact?

If you’ve recently moved into a new build home and there’s a problem with your kitchen, bedroom or bathroom you should contact your housebuilder in the first instance. You will need to tell them what the problem is and give them your house or plot number and the development name and address.

If you still need to contact Symphony Group, please ensure that you have the following details available so that we can find your kitchen on our system (as we will have provided it to a specific builder/developer and site:
