Warranties and Snagging

Every new Symphony kitchen is covered by a 5 Year Guarantee.

Warranties

We are confident that our kitchens will look and perform well for many years to come.

However, if a defect is found by you, or reported to you by a customer, within 5 years of the product being delivered and fitted to the house, we will carry out an investigation and replace any defective components free of charge.

Please note that the warranty doesn’t cover general wear or tear, alterations, misuse, damage or negligent use.

Snagging

You can report your snagging to us via email at customercare@symphony-group.co.uk

We will immediately acknowledge receiving the snagging list, provide you with a reference number and act on it within 96 hours (if stock is available).

Customer Care Pack

We’ve created a ‘Welcome to your new home’ brochure for your customers, which gives new homeowners information and advice from our expert team on how to take care of their new Symphony kitchen.
