At Symphony Group we’re flexible – with a range of products and service levels to meets your needs and the needs of your customers. 

Supply only

We deliver all products to your site for you to distribute, store and fit. A dedicated Symphony business account manager will look after your needs. You can contact the Symphony Customer Care team for any post-occupancy issues.

Supply and fit

We deliver all products to your site for you to distribute and store and we fit the kitchens, usually within 3 working days, unless agreed otherwise. A dedicated Symphony business account manager will look after your needs, we provide installation support. You can contact the Symphony Customer Care team for any post-occupancy issues.

Deluxe supply and fit

Includes all the benefits of the standard supply and fit, and a team will meet each delivery and put the products direct into the plot. With this service, Symphony Group assumes responsibility for the products until the plot is signed off.

Premium projects

Here your business account manager works with our Retail Showroom Fitting teams, who are experienced in project managing and installing high-end specification products. Designs will be created by our premium projects designers who are skilled in creating stunning kitchen, bedroom and bathroom designs. The entire process is coordinated by a premium project installation manager who works alongside the business account manager, from initial design stage through to plot sign off.

Special projects

A dedicated Special Projects team is available to prestigious and unique projects, such as high-rise city-centre developments. Each project is assessed individually and managed by a skilled Special Projects team. This service is perfect for fast-moving and complex projects.
