When will I receive my quote?

We aim to provide a quote to you within 10 working days of your initial request.

When will my kitchen delivery arrive?

If you have chosen the supply only service, your kitchen will be delivered to your site within 3 weeks. If you have chosen supply and fit, your kitchen will be delivered and fitted within 4 weeks. Painted products and the Laura Ashley range take longer and your Customer Care Manager will be able to advise you on delivery and fit times.

What is the booking week if I order now?

The same as above, 3 or 4 weeks, depending on the service you choose.

Can I make changes to the kitchen layout or delivery date after I’ve placed my order?

You should let us know of any changes as soon as possible so that we can do our best to accommodate those changes.

What type of design service does Symphony Group provide?

Symphony Solutions has the largest design team in the industry, with more than 50 in-house design and estimator experts, including brand specialists. Our specialist team produces bespoke layouts and 3D visuals for each site/plot for you. We’re also proud to be one of the first in the industry to design kitchens in a Business Information Modelling (BIM) compliant format.
